Being emotionally grounded provides a foundation for everything that we do. During this five-week course, students will learn how to manage anxiety and thrive. A three-part system focusing on ways to release negative emotions, relax and regenerate will be taught. Classes will include an understanding of the underlying mechanisms of stress as well as experiential exercises.
