Dr. Shariati Discusses Environmental Governance at the University of Sussex

On 13 March 2024, our faculty member, Dr. Ahmad Ali Shariati facilitated a thought-provoking discussion on sustainability and the corporate purpose at the School of Law, Politics, and Sociology, University of Sussex.

This session focused on the role of companies in environmental governance, highlighting the pressing need for environmental integration into corporate objectives. Addressing potential reforms of the UK Companies Act was a key highlight, leading to meaningful dialogue on how legislation can drive positive change in business practices.
