När behöver man "specialist" kontra "generalist" inom juridik?
Jag har hamnat i en situation där jag behöver juridisk hjälp, och jag ser att många firmor (som t.ex. de under namnet Lundberg Law) har olika inriktningar beroende på var i landet de finns. Hur vet man om man ska välja en bred generalist eller en nischad specialist, t.ex.? familjerätt eller skadestånd?
