ALPA College recently held a special gathering to recognize and celebrate the contributions of its Teaching Assistants, whose dedication has played an important role in strengthening the academic life of the College. During the event, Dean of ALPA College, Mr. Ashraf Muzafari, and President of ALPA, Dr. Bashir Mobasher, thanked all Teaching Assistants for their hard work, commitment, and service to students and faculty. G. H., Senior Curriculum Coordinator, and R. Ah., Chair of the TA Unit also shared their gratitude towards TAs and celebrated their work and commitments. They noted that, because of the TAs’ consistent efforts, classes became more organized, faculty members were able to work more productively, and students developed stronger expectations and achieved better learning outcomes.

The ceremony was also an opportunity to acknowledge the individual contributions of several Teaching Assistants. In addition to receiving letters of completion and academic credits for their work, a number of TAs were awarded certificates of appreciation in recognition of their exceptional service. Their contributions went beyond administrative support. They helped instructors manage classes, supported students in their learning, improved communication between faculty and students, and contributed to a more serious and supportive academic environment.
The gathering was not only a celebration, but also a space for reflection and dialogue. Teaching Assistants had the opportunity to share their comments, suggestions, and observations about the progress of ALPA College. Many noted that the College has made remarkable progress in a short period of time and that students are increasingly satisfied with their courses, instructors, and the College’s administration. Their feedback reflected both pride in what has been achieved and a shared commitment to improving the student experience further.
Based on the comments and suggestions shared by the Teaching Assistants, ALPA College plans to continue expanding student-centered initiatives, including more student associations and student support programs. These efforts are part of the College’s broader commitment to building a stronger, more organized, and more responsive academic community. The celebration of Teaching Assistants was therefore not only a recognition of past service, but also a reminder that ALPA College’s progress depends on the dedication, leadership, and participation of its students, faculty, and academic support teams.
