SGA Organizes Effective Learning and Its Methods

The ALPA College Association organized an educational workshop titled “Effective Learning and Its Methods” on September 1, from 8:00 to 9:00 PM Afghanistan time.

At the beginning of the program, Ms. SM welcomed the participants and served as the moderator and facilitator of the workshop. The guest speaker and presenter of the educational workshop was Professor Tawab Danish,, who led the session and delivered the main presentation.
During the workshop, the respected professor discussed and explained various important topics related to effective learning. The main topics included scientific strategies and techniques for deeper learning, better retention, and achieving sustainable success; the scientific principles of effective learning; active learning methods; improving memory and retention; and overcoming distractions and increasing concentration.
Professor Danish also presented several effective principles and practical strategies to improve the learning process. Throughout the session, the professor used quotations from scholars, as well as recent scientific findings and up-to-date topics, which made the workshop more informative and engaging.
The active participation and presence of the students demonstrated their interest in the workshop. Participants actively raised questions and shared their thoughts, and the workshop continued in a friendly, interactive, and two-way discussion format.

In the final part of the program, questions and suggestions from the students and members of the SGA team were discussed. Information was also provided about different ways to stay connected with the ALPA College Association and ALPA College, including through the association and college email, Google Classroom, and Office Hours. Participants were also informed about how they could maintain communication and stay connected with the college and the association in the future.
Finally, the program concluded with a summary of the key discussions and appreciation for the respected speaker, the moderator, the team members, and all participants.
