Invitation to Showcase Your Publications at 2026 ALPA Annual Conference
We are delighted to invite you to share your recent scholarly publications for Exhibition in our upcoming conference, to be held at the American University. We warmly welcome submissions of published books, edited volumes, journal articles, book chapters, and other relevant scholarly materials. Our aim is to broaden awareness of your work among a diverse audience of scholars, practitioners, and students.
Submission Guidelines
Print Copies:
Indicate via the submission form that you plan to bring physical copies with you to the conference.
Alternatively, you may send print copies to the following address: 4801 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington DC 20016. Room 521.
Digital Copies:
Upload a high-resolution image of the cover page or first page of your publication through the submission form.
Additional Notes:
Scholars who are not attending the conference are still encouraged to submit their publications for exhibition.
We cannot display publications that are not on our list or that arrive late.
You may share a maximum of five publications for exhibition. Depending on the volume of submissions, we may not be able to exhibit every item received.
For digital submissions, please note that we are unable to print full books or articles for display purposes.
You are welcome to bring additional copies for signing or sale at the conference; however, ALPA cannot assist with transactions.
We may not be able to print or display low-resolution or incomplete images.
