The Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the Rule of Law hosted a thought-provoking discussion on the impact of Afghanistan's 2004 Constitution. Keynote speaker, Dr. Bashir Mobasher, delved into his new book, "Constitutional Law and the Politics of Ethnic Accommodation," offering critical insights.
